His Eleventh Labor

The eleventh task of Hercules was to retrieve some golden apples. These apples were guarded by the Hesperides. The only way that Hercules would be able to get the apples is if Atlas, who held up the sky, went to retrieve them. So Hercules told Atlas that he would hold up the sky while Atlas got the apples. Unfortunately when Atlas returned he would not take back the sky, but Hercules tricked Atlas into taking the sky for a minute, however when Atlas took the sky Hercules just left with the apples.
